This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, delays, and refunds are handled for projects with Ain Creatives.
Client Cancellation
Before work begins, payments beyond any agreed booking fee may be refunded. After work starts, the deposit remains non-refundable, and clients are responsible for payment covering completed work. If the project is substantially completed or awaiting approval, the full project fee becomes payable.
Client Delays
Projects may be placed on hold after 30 consecutive days without client response. Projects inactive for more than 60 consecutive days may be considered cancelled. Restart fees or revised timelines may apply.
Agency Cancellation
Ain Creatives may cancel projects involving abusive conduct, illegal or unethical requests, repeated violations of agreed terms, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Refund Exceptions
No refunds are provided for change of mind, business closure, client-caused delays, failure to provide feedback, failure to approve work, dissatisfaction after agreed revisions, or services already delivered.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Ain Creatives before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
